ECSA 61 Travel Grant Deadline

Travel grant applications are invited from ECSA members to support their attendance at ECSA61 in Brussels, Belgium on 24^th-26^th August 2026

• For ECSA student members who aim to present their work at the conference in a poster or oral presentation
• For ECSA members who can be considered as early career researchers who aim to present work in an oral presentation but have limited funding available
• For ECSA members from developing countries who aim to present work in an oral presentation but have limited funding available
• For ECSA members who have particular needs such as childcare responsibilities or that require the support of a carer to enable them to attend the meeting and make an oral or poster presentation (e.g. child care costs or travel and subsistence for a carer to travel with you). 

Applicants must be a member of ECSA and have an accepted abstract for an oral or poster presentation or a chaired special session at the conference. Funds will be made available on presentation of receipts after attendance at the conference. Applications should be made using the ECSA 61 Travel Grant Application by the 22^nd May 2026.

Successful candidates will be informed by Wednesday 27^th May.
