ECSA is an international association and has members in many regions of the world. Lower annual and student member rates are available for applicants from OECD ODA countries in the first three columns only of the file attached below the tables. Please check the list to see if you qualify, then follow through the application/payment procedure. Please note that the reduced rate does not appear until you add the membership category you have selected to your basket.
